2024 OG Bash

Featuring Red Hot GR Food Truck

The 2024 Olivia’s Gift Bash was the first ever Bash thrown at Olivia’s Gift! The night was full of fun, community, and gratitude. Guests enjoyed music by The Beanpoles and food from the Red Hot GR food truck.

The OG Bash helps us continue our mission of providing support for independence and community engagement. Over the last 15 years, we have created 2 homes that serve 11 individuals and their families, and upgraded our equipment and facilities to better support the needs of our residents.

This year, we are focused on what's next as our residents continue to age out of school. This years event will help us maintain the one-of-a-kind facilities we have, while also beginning our campaign to purchase an additional wheelchair - accessible vehicle.

One of the biggest barriers to accessing our community is transportation. Your support for the 2024 Bash helps get us a step closer to overcoming this barrier!

This year we participated in the first annual Fall Fest with Meijer of Cascade! The amazing volunteers and Meijer Team Members created and provided outstanding sensory activities to help our residents fully participate in the joys of the harvest season, like smelling and tasting different apples, playing in sensory bins, and carving pumpkins!

2019 Beach Bash

This event keeps growing and it's always so much fun! Thanks for supporting us!

With over 450 invited guests, our Annual Beach Bash was more than just a PARTY! We enjoyed live music, dinner, tropical beverages, beach volleyball, limbo, hula hoop, and plenty of kids’ activities under the palm trees at the SCORE! Thank you everyone for making the event a magical night!! Olivia's Gift raised over $60,000 and over $15,000 for in-kind services or donated building materials.

Kelly Finger-McNeela's "Kelly's Place" provides generous donation to Olivia's Gift

Kelly Finger-McNeela had multiple sclerosis and faced life in a nursing home. She dreamed of building something better – a home she would call Kelly’s Place – where she could have the assistance she needed with daily activities in a setting that was more like a home, among peers of a similar age. Kelly was inspired by Olivia’s Gift and would be proud of this partnership to bring a creative space and gardens to the residence. Kelly has found her place!

In 2018, Olivia’s Gift partnered with the family of Kelly Finger-McNeela to complete construction of the studio Workshop! This is a space that offers our residents and community new opportunities to create art, cook, garden and explore their creativity in a beautiful and accessible environment.
